College, Firozpur, and initially joined the Punjab Warehouse Corporation as a clerk. Later, he pursued an LL.B. degree from Ganganagar, after which he left his clerical job to practice law. He excelled as a lawyer and was also appointed as a member of the Consumer Court. Alongside his professional career, he nurtured his passion for poetry. Under the mentorship of Deepak Jaitoi, he mastered the art of ghazal, infusing it with new themes and styles, establishing a distinct identity in Punjabi literature.
